Course Description
Teacher in Charge: Blair Gilbert.
Students will:
- Study basic financial processing, reporting and analysis skills in preparation for achievement standards at Levels 1 and 2
- Prepare a report on sustainability for a New Zealand business
- This course is aimed at students who have not studied Accounting at Year 11, or have not met the prerequisites for Level 2 Accounting 1 (12AC1)
Success in this course will assist entry into Level 3 Accounting.
Prerequisites
Have achieved 15 credits or more in MCEA Business Studies 11BU1 or Economics 11EC1
OR HoF approval.
