10 Literacy (Table A) 4 lessons per week for the whole year

This course provides intensive literacy development in reading and writing, as well as higher thinking skills. Students also receive assistance with understanding the academic and classroom language of their core subjects (English, Maths, Science, and Social Studies). They build knowledge, skills, and strategies that enable them to successfully access and engage in learning across subject areas. It helps prepare students for the literacy demands of Senior courses.
