In this exciting program, students will explore a range of media and techniques, including: dry media, ink, dyes, painting, and printmaking processes. They will gain essential artistic skills and knowledge of art practices as they develop their own unique and original art works.
Students will gain the following Qualifications:
NCEA- A.S. 91915 v3 Visual Arts 1.4 - Create a sustained body of related artworks in response to an art making proposition- External
Mags Certificate- Explore Visual Arts processes and conventions to inform own art making by completing an experimental workbook
Mags Certificate- Produce resolved artwork appropriate to established art making conventions by completing a "Zine"
Mags Certificate- Create a large scale Art Work for an exhibition
