PrerequisitesAt least 16 credits in Level 1 Music (11MU1), including the credits from at least one external achievement standard.
Evidence of a musical background in both performance and theory will have to be shown. Students must continue to have lessons on their major instrument and be part of a school music group approved by the HoD.

Students will:
•Study performance, composition, instrumentation, aural analysis of music, score reading and musical knowledge
•This course leads to Level 3
•Complete one external achievement standard to allow for course endorsement
